Frequently Asked Questions

1. What should I wear to a pole dance class?

For optimal grip, consider tight shorts and a fitted cropped tank top or sports bra, exposing armpit, thigh, and waist skin. Men can go topless as an option. Grippy leggings designed for pole are a good alternative. For choreo classes, we recommend pole high heels (or socks) and bringing knee pads for added comfort during floor work.

2. Do I need any prior dance, fitness or acrobatic experience to join a pole class?

No experience is necessary! Our classes cater to all levels, from absolute beginners to elite.
